This is a cover version of Hall & Oates' I Can't Go For That (No Can Do) I heard on a European website--no luck finding it again, because it was too long ago. Anyway, BPM is around 122 I think. Maybe 125. Female voice. The voice sounds "pop-ish", meaning it's not R&B or full-sounding.

Just thought I'd ask before I start calling a few people.

Ahhh. I think it's sample from Sunrise by Simply Red, put to a Hi-NRG beat.

Yeah, thanks for the linky. I saw that. I just listened to Sunrise again, and yep, there's the sample of the gal towards the end of the song. Must be some kind of Sunrise Remix or something. On the 7" (I assume) version, you hear her voice around 2:20 into the song.
