I didn't mind cutting mine up the last time since I got them for under $8 each via the Amazon BOGO. Don't really see many I want off this list that I don't already own, and none of those are on a BOGO right now. Hopefully there will be an updated BOGO list again.

Can't you make photocopies of the UPC and send it in.

They don't want UPC of any sort. They want the POP tabs down at the bottom of the back page. I don't typically like to cut stuff up but these are very small and personally I figured it was worth a cheap Blu-ray. I would imagine that it would be easy to copy the cover and cut out the POP's from that provided you used the right weight of paper.

I always scan the back cover and print on cheap photo paper, then clip. I have never been rejected.

yeah I hate this and I they do it on purpose so people don't send them in.

I looked at the rebate form and it implies that both purchases must be on one receipt (in that no plurals are used for the word "receipt). The fine print states that no photocopies will be accepted so I assume you have to mail in your original cash register receipt.
