School me on Sewickley PA

The cheese steak thread reminded me a lot of PA people are here. What can you tell me about the area known as Sewickley?

I am looking at growth trends? Economy? What kind of medium income (I guess I should google that)? Good areas of town? Not so good areas? Traffic?

Considering buying into a business there.

Anyone?

I lived there for a year back in about 1986, then it was a nice smallish town right on the Ohio river just west of Pittsburgh. (I guess it probably hasn't moved since then :) ) Close to a very rich part of the area Sewickley Heights, some of the biggest Estates I have ever seen, big on horses. How things are going now I don't know though. It is one of the few areas (around Pittsburgh) that I would consider moving back to though.

Sewickley bills itself as "The Vacaville of PA", but I'm not so sure.

I know of Sewickley Heights, but I've never been there (or the 'Burgh)
