Wii lan adapter. What are you using?
I can't see spending the money on the Nintendo one, and I can't imagine why they didn't just make it a normal port. So what are you using? Is any usb/ethernet adapter good?

I bought this one:

about a week ago and it works great. After the 2nd day of having the wii for some reason I couldn't get my wireless to work with it (it did work on the 1st day after spending $100+ on VC games). About a month ago the rest of my wireless crashed and I decided to just go ethernet. I've only gone on-line with it a few times, but so far so good, and I have downloaded a couple of more VC games with it.

I bought an off market one since i couldnt get my Wii to work with my wireless router. the off market usb->ethernet didnt work and i read some other people had problems with it and fixed those problems by getting the nintendo brand one. so i returned the off market adapter and got the nintendo one. I still get the same freakin error (52221) and havent been able to get my Wii to talk to the internet in over a year. i think it might be my Wii thats the problem
