Hmm. I believe that there was a Danish DVD release which actually had both parts with English subs on it and the extras. Why? Good question. And I wouldn't know where to acquire it either.

I have the Series I & II Danish versions - Series I is fantastic, Series II was getting a little bit too absurd by the end but be aware that the series ends after the second set leaving all of the plot lines unresolved - I think due to the death of one of the main characters and a bit of Lars' perversity. I remember watching it with my wife and realising with growing terror that there was no way they could wrap up all the plot lines in the episodes left - my wife asked me when we were getting series III, she nearly hit me when I said that was it leaving her high and dry

In Europe, a lot of TV shows have an intentionally limited run. But instead of calling it a season, like we do in the US, they call it a series. If they decide to make more episodes, they become the second series/season.
