Favorite Troma Titles

I recently picked up a few Troma films on clearance from Hollywood Video's closing sale. I've been dying to relive some Troma movies.
Class of Nuke 'Em High was even better than I remember and I really want to pick up the first sequel.
I really love the Troma films I've seen but they have a load of crapfests as well.
Does anyone have any favorites or recommendations? Or maybe titles that should be avoided at all costs?
A friend said Beware! Children at Play was absolutely horrible, and I ended up not picking it up at Hollywood.

Sucker the Vampire is my favorite Troma flick that I've seen, although it's a pick-up and not something they produced themselves. I've heard Mother's Day is a pretty memorable slasher, although I haven't had a chance to catch that one yet.

I was a rabid, frothing-at-the-mouth Troma fan in high school, but the movies I've seen since don't really hold that much appeal to me anymore.

The Toxic Avenger series is great. The first is a must own. Tromeo and Juliet is great as well.

Stay away from Bloodsucking Freaks.

I'm a huge fan of the first Toxic Avenger and part IV. I don't believe I've ever seen the second or third, though.
I've been dying to see Tromeo & Juliet. I heard things about it and saw watched the trailer and was blown away. Mostly by the monster penis.

Combat Shock is the only Troma movie I have seen that's worth a damn, but I'm not partial to the Ed-Woodian so-bad-it's-good type of film anyway.

I don't quite understand Troma. I own Killer Condom though. I saw the title somewhere and bought it immediately.

It's... unique.

I like Terror firmer, Toxie 1, 2 , and IV. (Part 3 is terrible though). Traoma's war, tromeo and Juliet, and Cannibal: the musical are also very enjoyable.
Rockabilly vampire is probably the worst I've seen.

ahhhh, You totally should have got Beware! Children at Play. The last 20 mins are fantastic, the rest of the movie was typical Troma. If its cheap, I would bite.

Favourite Troma's (no particular order):-

(1) Sergeant Kabukiman N.Y.P.D.

(2) The Toxic Avenger

(3) Terror Firmer

(4) Surf NAZI's Must Die!

(5) Troma's War

(6) Tromeo and Juliet

(7) The Class of Nuke Em' High

(8) The Legend of the Chucarabra (not sure on the spelling of that one.)

Bloodsucking Freaks is not technically a Troma film, but they have distributed over many years. Utterly insane, but memorable for the penis eating, brain sucking and nipple torture.

Also a vote for a personal favourite - Sergio Lapel's Drawing Blood. The kind of insane low budget mess that is utter rubbish but hugely enjoyable.

Jesus, I really have to pick up Sgt Kabukiman now.
It came in at my local CD Warehouse last week and I've been meaning to pick it up.

I love the original Toxic Avenger and Citizen Toxie. A friend of mine always says the "Let's pray goddammit!" line from the latter.

I just started getting Troma films from Netflix. So far, I've only seen Class of Nuke 'em High. Very enjoyable, so I'll be using this thread to get some more.

The only one I've ever been inclined to rewatch is Cannibal: the Musical.

I like Citizen Toxie best. Just good old fashion fun.

I don't think they are so bad they're good though. I find them to be simply good films, they just have poor production values. Which actually enhance the films.

I'll add votes for

Toxic Avenger (make sure it's the fully uncut release, with the head squishing scene!)
Redneck Zombies (most people hate this but it's one of my favourites, it has some really insane humour in it)
Tromeo and Juliet
Class Of Nuke Em High
Sgt Kabuki-man
Combat Shock (not the usual Troma movie, it's pretty harsh and very depressing but a great movie)

and it's not a Troma movie but it's in a real similar style but you should also check out Street Trash.

The Stendhal Syndrome

(Troma had/has the US distribution rights prior to the Blue Underground release)

Tromeo and Juliet and Terror Firmer are probably my two favorites, followed by the Toxic Avenger films.
