Best Single (& Only) Season TV-DVD release?
I've spent the last couple of nights watching Judd Apatow's "Undeclared", and it got me to thinking about how many TV DVD series that I have and enjoy that only lasted one season. And you know, sometimes one season is enough. Whether they've simply said all that needs to be said, or they just want to leave us wanting more, or maybe even if they just lost their way... I have sort of a special affinity for these one-year wonders:
Undeclared
Freaks & Geeks
Firefly
Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip
Police Squad
Wonderfalls
Stella
LateLine
Playmakers
Profit
Any others that are worth checking out? Anybody got any other short-lived series that you'd like to see come out on DVD? (Me, I'm still waiting for Mel Brooks' "When Things Were Rotten" and Gina Gershon's "Snoops".)

I like collecting these too, except when they end with a cliffhanger!
Some of my favorites:
Gidget
Action
Grosse Pointe
The Ellen Show
...and another vote for Profit and Wonderfalls.
Other short-lived series I'd like to see come out on DVD:
Square Pegs
Committed
The Class
It's All Relative
It's Your Move
Some of My Best Friends

I just bought Undeclared yesterday at borders with the 40% coupon and watched the whole series today. It was good but I still liked Freaks & Geeks better. I will have to try My so called life next week.
I would also put some mini series in this category such as:
Bury my heart at wounded knee
into the west
roots
the bronx is burning

I just finished watching Undeclared that I got for my birthday. It's good, but it sucks when you stick in Disc 4 expecting more....
I think Odyssey 5 was a pretty good one and done sci-fi show.
Also love Freaks & Geeks, Firefly

I had never heard of Keen Eddie when it was on. My brother loaned my his DVD set and I have got to say, I wish it had been on for a few more seasons. I really liked that show. Pick it up when you get a chance.
I also liked Space Above and Beyond
Another nod for:
Firefly
Earth 2
Wonderfalls
I will soon be able to add Journeyman to this list. Killed way before its time.

Much like everyone else, first thing I thought of was Freaks & Geeks.
My suggestion would go to Kingpin. Cool Sopranos-esque drug running show that aired on NBC for 8 episodes.

I'll add:
Greg the Bunny (highly recommended)
Jack of all Trades
Also, with an asterisk: Tru Calling (one season plus six episodes of an aborted season 2)
