Free I Am Legend movie cash in select sci-fi DVDs

Alternate title: I Am Legend movie ticket for sale...now with more Soylent Green!

The movie's only opening in 6 days, but none of the stores seem to be advertising or promoting this offer yet. I only found out about it because I stumbled across some copies of Soylent Green at Best Buy with the free ticket while I was looking for Serenity on sale. That movie and 3 more turn up on FYE.com when you search for I Am Legend movie cash:

Logan's Run
Omega Man
Outland
Soylent Green

Some or all of these DVDs apparently have new cover art now and they might have changed from snapper cases to keepcases too.

Best Buy's price on Soylent Green was $12.99.

Are the tickets on the inside of the dvd case or the outside and just under the plastic or slipcover? Thanks.

Doesn't The Last Man On Earth re-release have the tickets too? I think they are inside the case, with a sticker advertising so on the shrinkwrap.

I ordered my copy of Omega Man from the Warner Bros store online and it arrived this week with the Movie Cash in it. Pretty good considering I only paid aobut $7.95 for the movie anyway (and matinee's here only cost $6.25.)

I wonder if the movie cash can be used towards imax showings. I have never tried that before.

Any updates on the list of DVDs carrying movie cash for "I Am Legend"?

This is actually a movie that I want to see.

Be careful when picking out your copy ( at-least with Omega Man ). I picked up the dvd at Best Buy with the sticker on pack. When I opened it there was no ticket inside.
When this has happened before, I simply exchanged the item. But this time the clerk and "manager" pretty much insinuated that I "took" the ticket and was trying to scam them for another one. It really pissed me off. Finally, I got them to open a dvd case, and guess what NO TICKET! HAHA! That manager looked so stupid, pretty much apologized right at that moment and continued to open a 3rd case that had the ticket inside.

It ended up being way to big of a deal for a 7 dollar ticket, but eh...

Man, this happened a few years back at Target with Alien Vs. Predator tix (IIRC) that came in Predator Collector's edition. None of them had them.

Just curious: are any of the movies listed above fullscreen? I was looking on DeepDiscount for them and they all lack a picture and are noted on the site as being fullscreen (and for $7.71 apiece). Are they OAR?

DD is notorious for having bad info in that description area. I can't confirm for you, but perhaps they were only released in OAR?
