Lake Placid/Python on 12/4/07-both anamorphic?
"Python" was anamorphic and "Lake Placid" was not when released individually.
I wonder if "Lake Placid" will be anamorphic this time around in this double feature, anyone know?

Re: Lake Placid/Python on 12/4/07-both anamorphic?
Holy thread bump, Batman!
I just watched my copy of Lake Placid. I bought it used on Amazon a few weeks ago to replace a swiped copy (damned exes!), and guess what? It's anamorphic!
I'm guessing it's the newer pressings that are anamorphic, but I'll be damned if I know how to tell the difference between the old and new DVD sleeves, if there even is any.

That's good to know Lemmy, since I usually only run across the full screen release in the bargain bin at Wal-Mart and other places. But I have occasionally ran into the wide screen edition, but noticing it's not anamorphic enhanced, I skipped it.
