Are these just packagings?
Will they still be OAR?
Logan's Run and Omega Man have new covers. Soylent Green seems to be the same cover.
Is this just a re-promotion with keepcases instead of snappers?

I thought Warner Home Video planned to give Logan's Run the 2 disc SE treatment at one point. Am I crazy? Whatever happened to that? I've held off buying the current release for a long time with hopes we'd see that.

Not sure yet what I think of the new Omega Man cover.

Soylent Green, however was different. It featured some of the original movie artwork at the bottom, but most of the cover was a picture of Chuck Heston from the movie.
Didn't see Logan's Run, though. There's already been two DVD releases of the movie, the original on MGM (which I have) and a later one on Warner Brothers (which features the movie poster art on the cover). What does the cover for the new one look like? All the sites I've checked on still only show the two previous covers.

Are these NEW transfers / remasters?
The biggest question is, hopefully these are new transfers! Can anyone confirm if they are, or simply useless repackagings?
Hopefully LOGAN'S RUN is now decent, or are we still stuck with the non-anamorphic 10-year-old transfer that doesn't do this film justice?

I can pretty much guarantee, without even having watched one yet, that they are just repackaged. Especially since they are also cheaper priced than when they first came out - and they usually don't put in any extra work for less money.

I bought The Omega Man and Logan's Run, they are the same old DVDs.
If anyone finds an Omega Man with the new cover I'm sorry to say I like that one a lot better...if they'd like to trade that'd be great.
But I imagine if they're not available now they didn't even get printed.
