Almost Famous -- Complete List of Songs?

I suppose Movies is as good a forum as any...

Several years ago, I found a site that listed each and every song in the film, Almost Famous. The list was in order of their appearance in the movie, to boot. I want to say the list was posted on Cameron Crowe's own website.

Does anyone have a link to (or a copy of) this list?

I'd say it's mediocre. Untitled, however, is a masterpiece.

You're referring to the bootleg cut of the film? I'm sure if I could source that DVD around these parts I'd feel the same (about it being great, not about the original film as is being mediocre.) The original cut is still fantastic

AH, haha. Do you have a region-free player? The US Amazon store is selling the 2-disc set, again. Standard international shipping looks to run around $5.00 USD.

While Almost Famous is far beyond mediocre, Untitled is one of the best films I've ever seen.

Same sentiments as the others. Almost Famous is a brilliant film, one of the best of this decade. Untitled: the Bootleg Cut is on a whole other level.

Crowe is a master at using music in his films. I just watched Elizabethtown about a week ago and the road trip in that movie is amazingly powerful because of the music selection.

Elizabethtown is underrated. It's very rewatchable.

I watched the Bootleg Cut once... and once was enough.

Love the original.

Blasphemy!

I watched the bootleg cut once, didn't like it but then it began to grow on me just like the original theatrical cut. And now, I can't touch the theatrical cut anymore. The bootleg cut is IT.

I agree. I think the theatrical cut was great. Tighter and more focused.

Almost Famous was my favorite movie of 2000 and is #2 on my list of the decade's best, yet I don't watch it anymore because I think the Untitled cut is superior to it. The extra 39 minutes flesh out the characters more, especially the supporting ones, and fully restored the Kate Hudson dancing scene which always felt too short in the theatrical cut. Someday, I'll watch both, but that is a long ways away.
