Can you be more specific on "done it"?

I'd say:
Lives of Others
Children of Men
V for Vendetta
Grindhouse
Gwoemul
No Country for Old Men
Last King of Scotland

Thanks. There hasn't been a film released theatrically in the last year or year-and-a-half that has done much of anything for me.

Ditto on The Prestige and Sunshine. I found those two to be two of the most engrossing movies I've seen within the past 6 months.

Most Recent:
Grindhouse
Superbad
First half of Sunshine.
The Descent

Not so recent but I watched (again) recently:

Apparently I subconsciously really like my asian soft porn (tho only Snake of June is explicit, you'd never tell from the cover of 3-Iron that it wasn't).

Don't forget about your double-amputee fetish.

Recently:
Blade Runner

Relatively recent (last month):
Everything Will Be Okay (animated short)
Silent Light
The Man from London
Flight of the Red Balloon

Not too recent:
Killer of Sheep

Months removed but still fresh:
Once
Brand Upon the Brain!
(w/ live orchestra, foley artists, narration and male soprano)
The Cats of Mirikitani
Paprika

The Fountain
Across the Universe
Darjeeling Limited
Stardust
The Prestige

I really, really wanted to like Sunshine - but just felt so let down by the last half of the movie.

I'll be seeing No Country this weekend, and I have big expectations for that.
