Hey All-
I found an online casino (crownvegas.com) that accepts credit cards and talked to them about deposits/withdrawls, etc. I was told that minumum deposit of $20, minimum withdrawl of $100 (which would be sent to me by check). Sounds good to me, so I played a bit. After a few deposits, I ended up cashing out at $200, a $100 profit.

I got an email from them congratulating me on the winnings, and to get my check I need to send them:
* A clear copy of my credit card (front and back)
* A copy of my drivers license
* A clear copy of a utility bill that shows my name, address and account number

And I have to fill out a form that gives the details (again) of the credit card(s) I've used for deposits.

Has anyone had any experience in doing this? With identity theft becoming so common, I have concerns and am thinking of forgetting about the $100 profit and taking the loss.....

I've never used a CC to make a deposit, but as I recall, I did have to fax a copy of my license and proof of address (such as a utility bill) to sites I made w/drawls from.

I've faxed all this shit to various casinos (at least 4 by now) with zero issues.

However, I always stress to check out Casinomeister's page (www.casinomeister.com) -- it is the be all/end all of internet casinos.

Crownvegas.com currently has a "proceed with care" tag on it. Meaning you're likely safe but there's a small chance you could run into an issue.

Always use his page and roll with an accredited casino. I can't stress this enough -- especially with RealTimeGaming casino software. They'll pretty much sell licenses to their software to just about anyone, corrupt or not.

Here's the RealTimeGaming list:

Typically, online casinos and poker rooms (casinos are worse, though) are really uninterested in verifying your identity when you put money in. When you pull it out, they suddenly become VERY interested. You have no choice but to jump through the hoops
