What's cheap to you, and what are your tastes? Here's a few I like under $10 with theatrical releases since 2000, but if you prefer standard Hollywood fare, TV or animation more than indie or world cinema ther's not much for you here:
Last days (2005)
Me and You and Everyone We Know (2005)
Z Channel: A Magnificent Obsession (2004)
Brown Bunny, The - Superbit (2003)
Elephant - DTS (2003)
Lost in Translation - DTS (2003)
25th Hour (2002)
Cinemania (2002)
Gerry (2002)
Japón (Unrated Director's Cut) (2002)
Solaris (2002)
Session 9 (2001)
Waking Life (2001)
What Time Is It There? (2001)
Chuck & Buck (2000)
Sexy Beast (2000)
Vertical Ray of the Sun, The (2000)

They only exception is waking life, I hated that movie for some reason.

If you don't mind me diverting the flow of things a bit, I may as well ask here instead of starting an entirely new thread: I'm looking for some interesting, unusual titles to try during the sale. Short film collections, experimental/avant garde, oddball or off-kilter films... Even television shows, British, sketch or otherwise are fine (am debating whether or not the Upright Citizens DVDs are up my alley). Prices aren't a big deal (though I'm unlikely to splurge for, say, that Unseen Cinema boxset) although cheaper is obviously nicer on the wallet.
Sadly, the American Astronaut DVD I was hoping to pick up is OOP; I am considering Trona, and the extremely low price kind of offsets the unfortunate non-anamorphic picture.
As far as things in this general vein that I already have and enjoy:
By Brakhage
Kenneth Anger Vol. 1
Greenaway Shorts/The Falls
Kino's Avant Garde: Experimental Cinema Vol. 1
Quay Brothers and Jan Svankmajer collections
Schizopolis (love this one and would be thrilled to find more like it)
Yakuza Bengoshi's mention of Japón is a good one that I'm probably going to try, too.

Someone previously mentioned the German art film Our Hitler. While I'm looking forward to this 7-hour experimental mockumentary, DD shows a release date of 11/27.

I grabbed Hawaii, Oslo for just a tad over 10$ after discount (it's only available at dvdplanet though). That's more than I usually spend on movies lately, but that is the cheapest I have seen it.
