Debating between two tvs

Not sure which to get and why there is a $100 difference.

It's the top two I'm thinking about. I know the one is a Bravio or whatever but I have no clue if that's a better thing and if it's worth the extra $100?

The $100 cheaper model is silver in color. The other is black. I'd go black. Much better for movie watching, in my opinionated opinion. The silver model has 2 S-video inputs, the other has 1. That's about it.
