Bionic Woman -- "The List" -- 11/07/2007
Synopsis:
So the Mr. and Mrs. Smith-like flirtation moves further. Certainly not a bad thing even if it only ends up as a mini multiepisode story arc. Tom is a welcome addition over Isaiah Washington IMHO.

Yeah it's not on this week. I guess I'll be watching "Private Practice" live tonight.

There's still some obvious trickery. One guy was supposedly moving a pair of sunglasses with two other people on stage on either side but a close up revealed a monofilament line pulling it up.

Although a little cute at times, the humor from the action sequences more than made up for it. Jaime's flippancy does crack me up at times. Ruth dressing down Nate early in France was good for some laughs. Jordan Bridges (Tom) is not all that believable as a CIA operative, though. But Tom is a good sounding board for Jaime, even if she ends up doing most of the heavy lifting. Becca is going through all the teeny bopper stuff, nice of Jonas to pick up the slack for Jaime in the guardianship department.

Pretty decent ep.
Wow, that 1st shot of Jamie in the mirror after dressing up was amazing. Her face was gorgeous. I don't blame "Double O Tom" for being speechless. She cleans up well.
200 points to writers for the "Not Well Known DC hero team/character reference".
"Freedom Fighters" and "The Human Bomb".

I just got around to watching this episode and wanted to say that I'm officially dumping the show. Specifically I stopped just after Jamie accidentally captured the villain's miscast stunt double.
The romance wasn't working. Jamie's whining and frivolous attitude wasn't working. The little sister relationship wasn't working. The fight scenes were just annoying. It takes her 10 minutes to take a guy out in hand to hand, but she can kick down steel doors and throw people 15 feet through the air.
There were things that did work. The company was great. The concept had potential and was fairly well done, but the actors are what really made it work. And I'll miss the Sarah Corvus storyline, but that's it. Overall I think the writing for this series stinks, but the acting (especially from secondary characters) was strong enough to cover that up for the first few episodes.
