Who would buy the game only on Wii? There are no previous guitars to use with it.

Yippee! (in a Mario voice). GoNintendo.com confirms that Super Mario Bros. 3 is hitting the Virtual Console, tomorrow! I take it that this is in honor of the impending release of Super Mario Galaxy!

ummm, maybe someone who doesn't own a PS or xbox? Why the chuckles? It's not such a hard concept to grasp.

(FYI, there *are* people out there with busy and interesting lives, who don't run out to buy every video game system and new game that's released. SOme of those people might own a Wii and want to play GH. )

drmoze,

I don't think you understood. The question was: "who would buy the game only on Wii". As in, who would buy the game without the guitar packed in.

^ You didn't understand what he was saying. He said "Who would buy the game only on Wii?"

As in, who wouldn't get a guitar since there are no previous Wii-tar controllers to use.

I think what he meant was why would you just buy the game for the Wii, since you wouldnt be able to use any guitar controllers (where as in Xbox/PS you can use previous game's controllers)

So the only item people should be buying is the bundle (unless its a package gift...one person buys the game..the other buys the guitar)

That's just it, you cannot buy just the guitar for Wii.

You can not buy a seperate guitar for the Wii or PS3 right now, only the 360 and PS2.

A lot of people at my work have done this for the PS3. I wouldn't spend my hard earned money to do this, but to each his own.

Who would have thought ziondog posting that he sold a game on amazon would have sparked a 20 post discussion.

Excellent....!

I'm just hoping the buyer read the description that NO GUITAR was INCLUDED.
Or they'll be mighty pissed.

Even though it's not my problem, I already told them.

What are you picking up tomorrow?

I'm excited to get:
Lego Star Wars
Mario and Sonic at the Olympics

I only have 4 games for the system, and I only play 2 of them. Hopefully these will be good.

You can't go wrong with LSW.

This week? Nothing. I got Zack & Wiki as well as Carnival Games last week and GHIII should be arriving any day. Then Mario Galaxy next week. Mario & Sonic is in my gamefly queue though.

I'm going to pass on Lego Star Wars until it's priced right. $50 for a last-gen port? No thanks.

For me, Lego Star Wars is brand new. I don't own any last-gen systems. Moreover, it's not really a port --- it combines both games into one and adds new features, characters and levels.

Lightsaber control? That's enough for me to buy.

LSWII launched on the 360. Last time I checked we are still in that generation.
