Kubrick Collection ordered from Warnerbros -- late?
I called Warner Bros. customer service phone just now to find the status of my order (made back in August), and --surprise! -- was told that it hasn't shipped yet. And they have no indication when it will, or why it's late.
Has anybody who ordered it from Warnerbros.com gotten their set yet?

Probably a good thread for the store forum.
They are pretty much all screwed up in general. I preordered the big Planet Earth set, the day after it was supposed to come out I received an email that it was backordered and wouldn't ship, but that they would try to ship it within 30 days. A week later I called and canceled. 2 days after I canceled I received an email that it had shipped, and sure enough it showed up.
To make things worse, they won't let me return it, because they claim that I canceled after it shipped. Sure enough, I check the "shipped" email and it said it was shipped 9 days earlier (the day before I got the email saying it was back ordered). Of course UPS shows that they actually shipped it the day after I canceled.
