I think that Amazon is matching the Best Buy deal, not the Circuit City list(Amazon has been known to match Best Buy weekly offers). I tried Casino Royale and it didn't work. I also tried a couple of Disney pre-orders(Ratatouille/Cars) and it also did not work. My hunch is that it'll work on in-stock Disney titles. Hopefully Amazon will have a list up soon.

Grabbed the two Pirates movies, Deja Vu, and Apacolypto. Been holding off on the pirate movies as I expect Disney will dip again and again after the third one comes out, but the price was low enough to warrant a purchase (which usually means they're about to announce a new one)

FWIW, I had problems getting the deal to work if I added multiple titles from the B1G1 page. So, I emptied my cart, then added them one item at a time and then the B1G1 pricing could be seen.

No problems getting it to work....in fact there was an extra 10% off (off the undiscounted price!) to the order.

Since this is my initial dive into BR, I picked up 10 titles. Grand total, with free shipping option....$97.80...for 10 titles. Basically, 10 @ $24.45, 50% off for BOGO & then another promo discount of $24.45 applied. The 10% is listed as "BN promotion" whatever that is.

Also ordered a couple of $19.95 titles on another order (along with some misc stuff) & the same thing happened.

Gee...I sure hope they have this sale again with more titles.....I mean $9.78 apiece isn't too bad for the DVDs of a lot of the titles I got, but for BR...I've gotta give this a big WOW!

As mentioned earlier in the thread, you had to buy 3 HD DVD's or Blu-Ray's on the same order by 12/31/06 to get in on the year long 10% discount, which expires 12/31/07.

Another cool thing is the 10% comes off BEFORE they remove the lesser title's price.

So if you have two 23.95 discs, you get 4.70 taken off before the 23.95 comes off.

I wound up paying $38 shipped 2 day for 4 Blu-Ray's. Awesome.

I'm going to have to go through my account sometime and figure out how much I have saved with the 10%. I know I have at least paid for Prime with it.

Mine still says Items Not Yet Shipped too. :( I'm starting to get pissed at Amazon. First they're waiting longer and longer to ship things to me if I choose the free shipping (seems like its on purpose). Then the last order I placed for DVDs, instead of shipping from the Nevada facility like every other order I've placed with them, shipping from the Kentucky facility, meaning instead of two days, it took a week to get to me.

Amazon seems to know just the day to ship something just to piss me off. I ordered Blu-Rays on Sunday. I use the free shipping because I know that (in most cases) things will ship from their Nevada center which means 2 day shipping regardless if I choose free, standard, or two day. I have things sent to my office because I don't like things sitting on my porch all day until I get home. So, if they had shipped by yesterday I would have gotten the shipment tomorrow, but now they'll try to deliver on Saturday. If I want to get the Blu-Rays I'd have to make the 30 minute drive to work on Saturday. I swear someone Amazon knows this and is trying to screw with me, a loyal customer. Last order I got actually came from their Kentucky center, which could mean they're purposely sending it from farther away, again just to screw with me.
