well where can we get them if we dont have access to any of those stores??? The sites for those stores dont have them!

They were only available as pre-orders through those stores, although some had extras that you could purchase if you were lucky enough to get them before they were sold. It was available online as well but because of the limited supply, Trans World pulled it from the website a couple of weeks ago. The only way to get it online is probably eBay or through a foreign retailer like the UK, Australia and Canada (those are the only countries I know that have a steelbook version).
^Unfortunately, none of those sites ship to the U.S. If you want it off of eBay, you're going to have to be willing to pay $48-65.

Sorry, I can only provide the location of where they are online. As to how you can get them from those places, that's going to be up to you.
