Billy Walsh as a lawyer was great. I was expecting him to go off on himself about being a suit.

There was something about if all the bees were dead, the entire human race would also die... or something. I wasn't fully paying attention to Grissom's little lecture about bees to Sara earlier.

I guess I wasn't paying that close attention either.

The writer's in-joke / homage, if you will.

They put the wrong opening credits in this episode!
They used the season 7 credits (with Louise Lombard, who is no longer a regular) instead of the new credits (with Wallace Langham)
Weird mistake.

This was a very solid episode & although it sort of was the ‘same old, same old’, it didn’t feel like it. At least we found out what Michael did once he got of the island, became a priest!
The only part of this episode that bugged me was Marg Helgenberger & Gary Dourdan performances. I mean, I can’t stand either of them much in the first place but they didn’t even look like they cared if they put on even a half-assed performance. Marg looked like she was just about to snicker in every scene she was in & Gary looked like he was on something.
Anyways, good episode & I hope it doesn't go back into the 'boring'; 'same old, same old' anytime soon.
