I plan on stopping by tonight. Hopefully they'll have Unforgiven as part of this deal.

Unforgiven is part of the $8.99 titles. The only question is whether or not they have it in stock.

Well my Costco is new, so they didn't have them *yet*. Hopefully they do now.

Make sure that you pick up one of their $5 rotisserie chickens while you're there. It'll change your life!:)

I kept telling my wife about the chickens and she didn't believe me. Now a year after she tried it, that's the only chicken she'll eat! And to stay on topic with DVDs, the Costcos in Sacramento had Dog Day Afternoon, Unforgiven, etc.

Chickens? What chickens are you talking about?

I have not tried them yet, but it is on my list. I've been to Costco 4 times and they didn't have any left. Plenty on the roaster thingy though. I guess they are for the next day since he said they were gone for the day. :(

Question do they reheat well?

He's talking about the fresh out of the oven chicken roasters. Next time you're near the meat section, take a look. It's not unusual for there to be a line of people waiting for them. We get one about once every other week in my house.

These Costco birdies were in the top 6/50 in a blind taste-off at the SF Chronicle whose kitchen produced a recipe that is good.

Both this recipe and Costco use salt to achieve the tenderness and moistness.
Also true for the other 5 restaurants that had good chicken in the Bay Area. Costco was the cheapest.

Picked up Meet Me In St. Louis, Streetcar Named Desire and Network. Kind of regretting not picking up Bringing Up Baby as well; I loved that one as a kid.
