Anyone recommend Freeks and Geeks/Undeclared?

Hey everyone. I was looking around the other day, and noticed I still haven't seen Judd Apatow's Freeks and Geeks or Undeclared.

I love Apatows movie work, and figured I might give one of them a chance. Anyone recommend either of these? If so, which one would be the better/funnier choice?

Thanks! All opinions welcome,
-Stephen

Finishing up Undeclared now, but have seen all of Freaks and Geeks.

These are BOTH very, very good shows.

Freaks and Geeks is primarily drama/heart, with a ton of funny bits.
Undeclared is primarily a comedy, with a lot of heart to it.

(if that makes sense)

If you like Apatow, you will love those shows. In my mind, I would equate 40 year Virgin to F&G and Superbad to Undeclared. If it were possible to compare movies to TV shows that is.

I've been spending the last few weeks slowly watching F&G with a friend who is obsessed with the show and I think it's awesome. You have to be into that time period (read:1980) to really appreciate a lot of it, but if you can you'll find it a very rewarding viewing experience. And the set can be had for under $40, making it a steal.

I recommend them, especially Freaks and Geeks.

Here are a few more opinions:
