First Vegas trip and a few questions.

Ok so were are going to VEgas sunday for my mom's 50th birthday. First one is tipping a am big on tipping for many things, but I'm curious on how much dealers aren't a problem because I've been tipping dealers for 12 years but what about the limo guy from the airport, and some other things I might encounter and is there any situation were maybe tipping is not frowned upon. Second question we are going to Steakhouse 46 for dinner, and I have checked out the menu and there doesn't seem to be any desserts and I was wondering if there was and if not is there a good place to go to for an after dinner treat.
