Need recommendations for WWII movies

Another post regarding WWII documenaries caught my attention, and I'd like to expand my collection of WWII movies. Here's what I have so far. I know I am missing a lot of older films, so help me out. Thanks in advance.

PS Don't even think of mentioning U-571!

Definitely watch, "Where Eagles Dare" and of course, Peckinpah's "Cross of Iron"

Great films.

Also, check out, "The Final Countdown"

I absolutely recommend Sidney Lumet's The Hill. Positively brilliant film.
