It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia - "The Gang Finds a Dumpster Baby"

"The Gang Finds a Dumpster Baby" 9.13.07

Spoiler:
Dennis joins up with an environmentalist group but his altruistic intentions quickly sour when he's snubbed by the activists. Dee and Mac decide to raise a baby they find in a dumpster but quickly find out that it's not nearly as fun as they thought it would be, and Frank and Charlie take the concept of recycling a bit too far.

"The Gang Gets Invincible" 9.13.07

Spoiler:
When the Philadelphia Eagles hold open try-outs a la the movie Invincible, Mac, Dennis, and Dee use the event for their own personal competition, while Frank and Charlie tailgate the try-outs and have an altercation with the McPoyles.

Anyone going to make a Grilled Charlie to enjoy during these?

Loved the Myspace episode and the short Devito/Savage promo. It's good to have this show back.

Sorry, had an extra character in the URL. It's fixed now. The sandwich sounds really gross, but knowing me, I'll try it (once).

Oh, man. You're right. Awesome! I edited the original post to reflect both episodes.

Mods, alter the thread title, if you wish.

I disagree. Now that I've read the recipe, that sounds really fucking good! I've been known to have a PB and cheese sandwich before, so adding chocolate and frying the whole thing can only make it better.

Just sounds like too much work. Funny though, the quote in there from Charlie I could actually HEAR Charlie shouting that.

Now is the episode on their MySpace page "Mac is a Serial Killer" going to be on the air or was that Internet only? Cause THAT was some funny shit! I want Carmen back!!!

I love this show. Glad its back, I still don't love the addition of DeVito but if it's keeping the show on the air then great!

Cannot wait for the episodes! I've been looking forward to this all Summer. It seems to me that Season 2 started in like early August so the extra month or so has been killing me!

thanks, I guess my memory was a bit hazy. I introduced my friend to the show numerous times that summer when he would swing by to pick me up before we'd go to the bar, and we did quite a bit of that even using the "lot of dudes" line if the place was devoid of women.

Excellent as always. This is probably the funniest show on tv since Arrested Development.

Hmmm. The second episode was a lot better than the first one, but they were both good. I think I love Green Man!

I felt exactly the opposite; I really liked Dumpster Baby, thought Invincible was just okay.

Agreed. Charlie's utter shock and frantic attempt to not start crying was comedy gold.

I enjoyed Dumpster baby a good deal more than the Gang Gets Invincible (awesome title though).

Missed this show the first time around, bought the DVDs on the insistence of a friend, started watching last week, realized season 3 was starting tonight, stormed through the last 8 episodes today, set the DVR to record the new ones, finished the DVDs a little after 10, turned on the recording, and caught up to the live feed just in time for the 2nd episode.

I'm in the majority that thought the former episode was a lot better than the latter episode.

"Look what you did Dee! You just gave the baby full on AIDS!"

Frank shooting Doyle McPoyle?

I can't wait for the McPoyle's revenge next week.

I'm kind of amazed anyone lets this show get on the air, but I'm so glad that they do.

"Meet me at later bar sometime day or night."

Anyone else think Kaitlin Olson is hot? She's not the most conventionally attractive woman, but she does it for me.
