I paid $20.02, but it is backordered. The site says it is available at most stores, but it isn't in Reno. Phenomenal price, so I'll gladly wait!

If you happen to be in the neighborhood go to your local store and check as the online in-store pickup is not usually right. I found Dogfights in the store when online said it was not there.

Even though you have ordered it,, remember these tpe of sets could be in TV, War/Westerns or Documentary/Special Interest and even under "H" for History Channel.

Just a heads up. Wasn't there an issue with S1 being 4:3 when the aired program was anamorphic widescreen?

Yeah, most of the History Channel dvds I have are non-anamorphic. They still look pretty good, but I don't understand why they can't make them anamorphic. I grabbed this one the other day, but haven't checked it out yet.

What an unfortunate title for whatever this is. I never knew of a show with this name. And all I can think of upon reading it is Vick.

Dogfights. Military planes fighting each other in the air. Surely this also came to mind.

You beat me to it. But it looks like everyone was thinking along the same line... That's the only reason I went in this thread as well!

Yeah, I'm aware of what you are saying as I have run into that before. It was because of this arduous search that I had to resort to going online.

If I knew what "anamorphic" was, I'd tell the others what I see when I get the discs. How do I figure that out?
