Playing import games on PS3?

I recently discovered that Fire Pro Wrestling Returns was released for PS2 on Japan and I was wondering what tool do I need to play it on my PS3 or PS2. I'm a huge wrestling games fan and this is supposed to be better than my all-time favorite Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 for N64.

The latest Fire Pro is being released in the US. :)

Firmware is going to make workarounds to play legal imports a pain in the ass on the PS3. :(

I read that on IGN but I fear that the game is going to be a modified inferior version of the Japanese released.

Constant firmware upgrades will make this tough. Ask Wii owners. They just had their ability to play import GameCube games broken.

If you have a FreeLoader disc you can, but if you update to the latest firmware that will be broken.
