That happens in episode 3/4 (Its a 2-part episode).

This season opens with Richie renting the Garage Apartment to the Fonz.

Did anyone buy this yet? I saw it at Best Buy but I'm not paying over $30 when I paid $20 release week at Wal-Mart for Season 2. Is the picture quality the same as Season 2?
