I'm confused...
I've only seen these:
Vol. 1
Vol. 2
Vol. 3
Vol. 4
Vol. 5
Vol. 6
Season 4
Season 5
I've never seen Seasons 1-3 anywhere... do these even exist, or are they actually Volumes 1-6? What happened?

More specifically, volume 1 = season 1 (and bonus season 10 episodes), volume 2 = season 2 and volumes 3-6 = season 3 (+ first episode of season 4)
