CH Canada & Shipping Probs

I am wondering if anyone else who has used CH Canada (don't know if CH in the US does this or not) But I find they charge crazy shipping prices and ship the discs in a flimsy envelope and EVERY DARN TIME I get floater discs! sometimes I get cracked cases, etc. Its highly annoying and their returns is a pain. They don't have toll free support in Canada. I complain every time they bug me to rejoin and they don't know what I'm talking about. Am I the only one?

That's how I usually get them but have been lucky. I did get the Hoosiers CE from them and one of the spindles on the digipak was broken, but that was shipped in a box as an enrollment order. But all the single envelopes have came surprisingly in good shape.
