Posted this in the Video Game Forum also, but since a lot of people who frequent that forum already have one (or don't want one) I decided to post here also.
It is.
I was going to delete both my threads, but I don't see the option that's always been there.
Can you no longer delete your own posts?

Can you no longer delete your own posts? The admins are experimenting with having the option turned off, as a lot of folks were deleting long, long threads days or weeks in, and pissing a lot of folks off. Use the "Report Bad Post" (looks like a yield sign) button under your name if you want a mod to help you out with deletion.

I order one as well, went with smooth moves and a classic controller. Total with 3 day shipping was $380 or so.

So, what was (is) the deal? What do you get for the $380?

The deal was for the console, an extra Wiimote, and then you got to select two games or accessories from a certain list. I choose the two cheapest items (a Wii Points Card and a Classic Controller) to keep the price down.
My order total was $330.

I went with Smooth moves instead of the Wii Points card. Every thing else was the same.

Ditto except I went with Super Paper Mario with the classic controller.

So I get my Wii on Wednesday. I played Wii sports for a bit and tried out Smooth Moves (was not very impressed). Wii sports was nice and I enjoyed tennis but it really wasn't a wow product for me. Was debating on bringing it back to CC but was leaning to keep it. On Saturday my house gets hit by lightning or very close to the area and fries the Wii, it simply won't power up. With my decision being made for me back in the box it goes and CC gives me a full refund even though I told them the lightning story.
