Aquaman (36 episodes) along with the final version of Superfriends will be coming on 10-23-07 according to Tvshowsondvd.com. I hope they release the remaining Superman,Superboy and Batman(all Filmation from the 1960's) sometime down the road.

I know about the Superboy episodes left off the recent Superman release (which is why I didn't buy that release) but were there Superman episodes missing from that set as well or was there another Superman series?

I will probably pick up the Aquaman set if it is a complete series release. I have been a sucker for DC's recent complete series/seasons dvds lately.

There were two other Superman seasons containing 16 and 18 episodes so maybe WB will combine the two on its next release(is there is one).Aquaman is a step below the Superman series.Once in awhile Boomerang will show an Aquaman episode.
