5.61 GBP = $11.32USD

That's the total amount charged to my credit card, including shipping. So I'm not sure where you came to $26 or $27.

I'd rate this as an extremely good deal for anyone with Region-Free players, and I wouldn't be scared off by talk of shipping charges or fees.
