Wow, that's a great lineup. I hadn't heard about it. It's like the old Monsters of Rock concerts they used to put on back in these bands heyday. I would love to go, it's only 3 and a half hours from me.

3 1/2 hours, Barth? I'd be on my way in a minute if I were you!

I'm a huge Twisted Sister fan and found Rocklahome from their site while I was checking to see about a new tour (side note- I was at 2 of the TS shows for the "Twisted Christmas" tour- amazing). I'd love to be there.....

I posted about this in April when the three day passed were cheaper. At the time someone told me was Rock Fever 2007 since the other concert is promoted as Country Fever.

You could not get me within 100 miles of that place, I hope a tornado will come buy and once and for all get rid of all these crappy hair metal bands.

It's not my cup of tea but if you like this stuff then rock on!

I gotta say, I hate about 90% of those bands...

But I have to admit, that is quite an impressive collection of bands to have at one place.

So are (most) of the original band members with these bands? At least the important people?

Poison?
Ratt?
Quiet Riot?
Dokken?
Winger?
Skid Row?
Great White?

I know I've seen read of significant members of Poison, Ratt, and Quiet Riot leave over time, but also hear of them coming back. The Behind The Music's haven't been updated in 5 years, so I'm a bit out of the loop.

Queensryche seems a little out of place there.

Wish it was about a thousand miles closer

I'm still in shock over this concert... too good to be true, all the great bands the ruled the land before radio pushed depressing no-talent crap like Pearl Jam and Soundgarden down our ears.

I so want to go to this... but I'm in Florida.

Britny Fox... Long Way To Love... Live??!?!? holy crap!! Enuff Znuff??? Fly High Michelle! wow!!

From what I understand, many are with the original members. I know for sure that Queensryche, Twisted Sister, Poison, and Ratt are. As for the others, not so sure...

I know Skid Row and Warrant have different singers now. I saw Warrant with their new singer at a local bar a few years back, he wasn't bad I guess. But Sebastian Bach is just too hard to replace, IMO. I think Faster Pussycat has a new singer too, but that's probably a good thing because Taime Downe tried to turn the band into some lame industrial wannabe act.

You have a collection of great vocalists to look for there.
Miljenko Matijevic
Geoff Tate
Mark Slaughter

Would be nice to get Sebastian Bach back in Skid Row for this.I don't think Damnocracy is doing anything right now ...... hehe

Well Robin Crosby will not be with Ratt as he died a year or two ago. Surprised if Ratt is many of the originals as they all seem to hate Stephen Percy and he has been touring with his Ratt for years.

Pearcy is back with Ratt. Juan Croucier is not, however. Still, I'd be willing to bet that they put on a great show.

I thought the only original member of the current incarnation of RATT IS Stephen Pearcy?

A lot of those other bands are still all originals. Wish this was a tour...
