I'm considering picking up the PS3 at Circuity City this weekend to take advantage of their 18 months/no interest offer. If I were to take my receipt to the store on 6/24, what are the chances that I could get the free controller? Has anyone had a similar situation with a Circuity City promo?

Generally if it's a special promo, they won't allow it.

You could ask at your store OR (like some folks do)

return and rebuy the unit the following week to get the free controller.

Why isn't "The Bigs" listed for the Wii? I wonder if it is going to be $40 and they'll have the $20 off 2 Wii games thing going on again. That lets you pick up 2 copies for $60 total. I did it with Big Brain Academy and sold the 2nd copy to my brother.

It's funny, all the store exclusives this week are from Circuit City. I absolutely hate Circuit City and the red shirts, but Best Buy seems to be asleep this week, at least no blue shirts for me this week!

To confirm the Payback dvd is the old OOP edition, which is great. But be aware store inventory may be low. I went to 2 Circut City's and only one had them. Even they only had 2 copies. They had tons of the other sale titles.

Also these are not a new batch or value repacks. They had the older harder cases along with "GASP" a chapter insert! So once these are gone, chances are they are GONE.

I then went across the street and PMed the price on the directors cut.

13 bucks for both versions of payback!!!!! I can live with that!

Just went to CC to buy the Miami Vice season 5 for $31.99. The price tag showed $49.99. It then rang up at $39.99. I had to show them the flyer which shows the price of $31.99. Make sure they do the price adjustment.
