Aren't there just two $40 releases at that price (Ace in the Hole, Enfants Terribles), and one $30 at $19.99 (Ivan's Childhood), or is there something I've missed?
By the way, I just pre-ordered all three, so thanks for pointing this out -- I never check prices of Criterion releases at Amazon anymore.

i'd like to vouch for the movie itself, by the way, it's not very widely known but it's probably my favorite film-noir (incidentally, my top three noirs are all billy wilder movies -- double indemnity, sunset blvd, ace in the hole).

that's a good price but i've spent enough lately.

Ace in the Hole is on TCM next Tuesday or Wednesday....can't remember exactly...but if you want to see it first, check your local listings!
