I was going to say those two. Great films.
I would add The Crow, The Thing (most of it's at night), Sin City
I'd say "Aliens" but it's pretty hard to tell what time of day it is given that it is raining when the marines show up.

I would say that pretty much was equal to the night and day scenes.
I'd go with Dark City.
