I'm pretty sure that's illegal, since you can't send explosives via mail.

http://www.superiorfireworks.com/
http://www.76wholesale.com/

But both are kind of expensive which is why I was posing the question.
Or would it just be best to wait until July 5th and get some at a stand here in town?

Where is "here in town"?

Prices don't seem to fluctuate in Indiana around the July 4 holiday. Prices stay the same pretty much year round.

Edit: $55 shipping for 1 roman candle from your first link

Well I don't want to defend them too much b/c I thought they were too expensive to buy from but. They have a $155 minimum order and a $55 flat shipping rate. (only 20 bucks to Jacksonville though)

I live in Tulsa.
I thought they generally have sales on most firework merc after the 4th...

Tulsa, Oklahoma. Is there one in Indiana? That's strange, I have always thought there was just the one.

From Superior Fireworks website:

Shipping Restrictions

Orders are subject to a $155 minimum (excluding shipping and taxes).

Unfortunately, current laws prohibit us from shipping to the following states:
AZ, CA, DE, HI, MA, MD, ME, NJ, NV, NY, OR, RI, VT and Washington D.C.

Connecticut customers may only order fountains, novelties, and accessories.

We cannot ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes.

We do not ship outside the USA.

Also:

When you agree to our Hold Harmless you are stating that you have all necessary permits. It is then your responsibility, not that of Superior Fireworks, to ensure that you can legally possess these fireworks. People not having permits where required run the risk of fines and/or confiscation of fireworks without any recourse to us or the shipping company.

We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise. Always inspect your order and have the driver note any damages on the delivery receipt BEFORE signing. Forward any such information to us so we can assist you in making a claim with the shipping company. To avoid confiscation or possible fines, make sure that fireworks are legal in your area. Neither Superior Fireworks nor the shipping companies know all the exact county and local laws in your area and are not responsible for the use of our merchandise.

BE SAFE with your fireworks. We are not responsible for the use of our merchandise. Any injuries or such that may occur are not our responsibility, so please remember that fireworks are fun, but not toys. Never let children play with fireworks! And visit Fireworksland for some great safety tips!

I was qouting "The Cow" in simply restating I don't remember seeing firework sales. It seems like shops magically disappear on the 5th.

I remember Sam's had them. Don't know if they were cheaper than at stands.
