Which Beverly Hills Cop set??

I see their are 2 different sets of the 3 Beverly Hills Cop movies.

-Beverly Hills Cop Collection
and
-Beverly Hills Cop: The Complete Lineup

Which one of these is the new one? And does it have the special edition of the first movie??

Thanks!

get the Beverly Hills Cop: The Complete Lineup,
because the Picture quality is better and it has special features on it.

The Beverly Hills Cop Collection dvd is basically 3 movie shrunk on to one dvd, which means your losing picture quality and no special features.

Get the Beverly Hills Cop: The Complete Lineup, its only about $20 at Fry's

I don't think that's the case. According to DVDSpot as well as DVDEmpire the new set is also 3 discs. I think the only difference is that all three come in a single case instead of three separate cases with a box.

Beverly Hills Cop Collection and Beverly Hills Cop: The Complete Lineup are the exact same 3 discs. Both have special features.

The only difference is packaging. I believe the Beverly Hills Cop Collection has the 3 separate cases with a box.

Actually:

Beverly Hills Cop: The Complete Line Up - Each disc is in it's own case, just like if you bought the discs seperately, plus a box to house them all. I know, I bought it at DD's 2006 Spring Sale.

Beverly Hills Cop Collection - I believe this is in a standard 3-disc amaray case.

Yes, DoubleDA is correct about the packaging. Just be careful when ordering at DDD.

Agreed. Plus, I don't care for the double/triple feature sets. I want all the movies in my collection packaged the way they were originally released. The only exception might be if a non-anamorphic movie is re-released with 16:9 enhancement, but only as part of one of those multi feature sets.

Go with the box set with all original dvd's and cases. Unless you prefer shelf space, than the triple feature may be a good buy.

I'd get the one that stars with BHC 1, and ends with BHC 1.
