60% off at Restaurant.com
Stolen from FW. Discount code is Grad
Question for anyone who has tried the website. Is there an expiration date? I may go in for $100 spread across various places if I don't have to eat it all with a certain time. $10.00 for $1.20 after coupon. $25 for $4.00. Perfect for a cheap date.

Things I saw browsing the site:
- Every coupon has some spending minimum.
$10 min is $20, $25 is $35, etc.
- Only one coupon is allowed at a time.
So after some math it comes down to this:
$10 + $1.20 ($10 dining certificate) for a $20 meal
$10 + $4.00 ($25 dining certificate) for a $35 meal
$50 + $8.00 ($50 dining certificate) for a $100 meal
$75 + $12.00 ($75 dining certificate) for a $150 meal
$100 + $16.00 ($100 dining certificate) for a $200 meal
Still a bargain if you find a place you want to eat. Figuring most dates I've ever had cost about $30-$50 for the meal, I'm going to get a few of the $25 certificates.

My brother got us 2 certificates from there for Christmas. Beware of the actual restaurants restrictions. One we got was must be a party of 4. Which is kind of annoying, as it's a local restaurant. And, I think they are good for 1 year.

Yet another new code for www.restaurant.com
DAD
50% off all certificates until June 17th.
I have picked up 15 recently and used 5 already. They are a great savings if you like to eat out. I live in Dallas and many high end restaurants participate in this program, enjoy!

It is very legit.
I think restaurants do this to get people in the door. Normally the deal is $10 for a $25 gc and there are minimum orders so that the restuarant doesn't lose money. You are expected to tip on the prediscounted total and most of the time alcohol is not included. Most places I have tried with these gift certificates the minimum order is $35.00 - $50.00 but we end up spending $80.00+ just becuase they are nice places with high priced entrees.

We use restaurant.com quite often, and getting a discount makes it all the more of a no-brainer.

Do they have these discount codes often? I just purchased 4 certificates, I was wondering maybe if I purchase a few more at the 50% off if they do not have specials often?

The $10.00 GC are usually for lunch only while the $25.00 GC are for dinner only and you can use 1 per restaurant per month.

Yes, they have them all the time sign up for their email on the website. They have 50%, 60% and at Christmas they have 70% coupons.

Four restaurants local to Bloomington... one sold-out, three with available certificates. Picked up two certificates for each restaurant... 2x $10 for the downtown burger joint and west side mexican place (at $3 each), and 2x $25 for the downtown art cafe (at $10 each). $90 worth of grub for $9.60 after 70% off.... thanks!
