Question about 12 Monkeys (Special Edition)

I recently bought 12 Monkeys (special edition) and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me about this problem ...

My dvd doesnt have special features.. just audio set ups and scene selection. And movie doesnt skip.. it's just missing subtitle, special features that the dvd box is stated on the back of its case...

is there anyone who bought this same dvd and have same the problems? any idea if this dvd version is somehow defects?

by the way this is my 2nd replacement and it was still the same as my 1st order...

thanks

Do you have the old Collectors Edition or the remastered version?

What Region are you in?

What do you mean by "And movie doesnt skip.. it's just missing subtitle"???

This is the menu for the 12 Monkeys Special Edition (R1). Does yours match it?

If I'm not mistaken, the dts version also has an inferior transfer. Can anyone verify?

That's a shame. That feature-length documentary on the special edition version, 'The Hamster Factor and Other Tales of 12 Monkeys', is one of the best I've seen. That would be worth buying all by itself.
