This is possibly the best episode of The Simpsons in years.

Flanders handing out Jesus Flyers
Homer: "I'm still alive, you call that playing for keeps"
Jimbo: "Put a top on mom"
Ralph in the aquarium
Homer: "The cops, act natural" & Homer parking the dumpster

Lots of moments, none related to the 24 theme. Maybe it's cause I don't watch 24.

Best episode of The Simpsons this season. (399th)

Intro to the 400th was a great flashback.

That line Flanders spouted out about his crusade was great. (Didn't want to butcher it).

"Did you know everyday Mexican gays sneak into our country and unplug our brain dead ladies?"

Landing Strip

Hahahah. That dub over was great.

Two best episodes this season.

Flanders explaining to Rod & Todd what he was doing
Krusty's "Itch & Scratchy"
Homer: "Did you know everyday Mexican gays sneak into this country and unplug our braindead ladies"?
Homer: "Apu sang a song, what are you going to do"?
The voiceovers at the end

This ep was even better than the first. Best 2 eps of the year, handsdown.

The truth about FOX is -- they have quality programming like House , American Idol, and American Idol results show.

TWO EXCELLENT EPISODES, saved the best for last.

YES! Both were AWESOME episodes. I was expecting more of Jack Bauer but he still came in big.

The dental video was great. Homer painfully crying out as the wind was blowing from the window was great too.

FCC and Foxnews stuff was good. to the writers for ending the season with a bang.

For some reason I laughed the hardest when Jack slid into the gym and...with a megaphone...said, "Great job, Lisa!"

And then got rid of the megaphone.

Why did he have a megaphone?

Funny regardless.

As a parody episode, this first episode was great. In terms of comedy, it really wasn't that funny.

Ok, the first five minutes of the 2nd episode is already funnier than the entire last episode.

The first episode wasn't that funny, but it was a dead on spoof of 24.

The shots at Fox and Krusty's voice over in the Itchy and Scratchy cartoon in the second episode were great.

Is there a place to see this online? I checked FOX, but wasn't able to locate it, if it's even there.

This was the first "new" episode I've watched since probably 2003/2004, and I have to say its much better than the episodes from that season... I might have to make a place for it in the schedule again next season...

But this episode was in no way representative of this past season.

I didn't even really like it, but I noticed it was better than the other ones I've seen this season.

Best hour of this show in quite a long time.

Anybody else notice they had three episodes in a row with a camera POV through an enclosed area using CGI? Those new computers from the movie are being put to good use.

Loved the opening to the second episode. I can't remember, are the Ullman shorts on one or more of the season boxsets?
