Escape 2000, Flowers in the Attic, Road Games, Knightriders, and C.H.U.D. for less than five bucks each? Holy cow!

Ha! I procrastinated on the last Anchor Bay sale and couldn't get Knightriders for $7 and change because it was out of stock. Now it's under $5 and instock! I wonder if anyone is pissed.

I got it for $7.18 or what ever it was. I'd go crazy if I worried about always getting the best deal....that or I'd never buy anything ever 'cause it might be cheaper later.

I would like to point out it would be CRIMINAL for anyone to skip Profit at 9.82.

If yer a fan of Adrian Pasdar, or David Greenwalt (co-creator of the Angel series)...get it now. Has shared cast members and is a GREAT little cult show.

You know, somehow I've never had a chance/bothered to catch any of this show. Since the wife and I are always looking for good stuff to watch in the summer, this may just fit the bill.

You can call up Anchor Bay for your commision... you just sold a set.

I'm thinking of picking up Escape 2000, Road Games, and The Locals. Does anyone think these are or are not good blind buys for $4.98?

I definitely think Escape 2000 is worth 5 smackers. It's definitely not a "good" movie, but it is lots of exploitation fun from down under, and a must if you are an Olivia Hussey fan...just keep in mind that the quick nudie shots are stunt boobs.

Thanks dullboy. I am an Olivia Hussey fan and it's too bad they're stunt boobs, but my motto has always been "stunt boobs are better than no boobs at all." So, I'm in for that one. Can anyone weigh in on Road Games or The Locals? Who am I kidding? For 5 bucks I'll just take the plunge!
