Target Prices: April 15 - April 21, 2007

HI DVDTalkers!

Got the Target circular for 4/1/07 - 4/7/07 in my hands.

Please be aware of the following:
  • All DVD prices listed are advertised as Available Tuesday 4/17/07
  • Suspected Low Price is listed in parentheses
  • Memorex 100 Pack CD-R discs >>>> $14
  • Memorex 50 Pack DVD+R or DVD-R discs >>>> $14
  • 1 GB Dane-Elec ZMATE USB Drive >>>> $14
  • GAMERS: The Wii Gaming System is NOT listed in the ad this week….. Sorry
  • From time to time special deals / prices will be listed in the Store Notes Section & the in the product price thread that may or may not be available in your specific geographic area. This is due to Regional Market Variations of the nationwide ads that I post and as such, not all deals / prices will be available in all Target stores. Please note that this version of the Target ad originates in the Northeast.

As always, ask any questions and I'll respond as soon as I can.

Looks like Spidey 2.1 is cheap all around. I'm glad i can pick it up here at Target rather then Circuit City.

This is the smallest Target ad I've done.

Had it ready to go in 15 minutes.

Nice seeing you docdoowop!

Wow, Target must be doing very well, financially. They don't feel the need to advertise, it seems.

Thanks for posting, Speedy!

speedy, I just started looking for a portable USB hard drive, size not too important, but probably at least 20 gig. I have a $30 gift card at Target that I'd really like to use. They ever have anything on sale?

The funny thing is that they carry them..... they just don't advertise them.

They just listed an EXTERNAL hard drive deal for the first time that I can ever remember in the ad for 4/1 - 4/7 (and I've been doing this for about 2 years now).

I see more portables at Circuit City and Best Buy (at least ad-wise).

If you're certain you want to burn the $30 card at Target, you're going to have to look in store my friend.

If I see one, I'll point it out in the Store Notes and I'll be more than happy to assist you in your search at either CC or BB.

In fact the new Best Buy ad has three portables for good prices (80 GB = $79.99 // 120 GB = $99.99 // 160 GB = $129.99)

Ok, thanks for the reply speedy! I work near EVERYTHING so I guess I'll wander down to Target during my lunch hour sometime and take a look. As well as CC and BB. Just wish Target had better prices on TV series DVDs or I would have used my card before now!

Are you in Indianapolis? Not sure which store (would have to ask my friend), but she has been picking up DVD sets in the Electronics Clearance. She has had some pretty nice finds. Even if your not in Indy, look at you Target's clearance.

Might want to check dell.com or Costco. Both have Western Digital 500gb external HDs for roughly $186..

Does anyone know if Target would price match their website on a price for a DVD that may not be the same in-store?

Seriously doubt it since their website is basically operated by Amazon.com.
