The Shield "On The Jones" *Season Premire* 3/3/07

Spoiler:
unified Strike Team begins to buckle under the weight of Kavanaugh's probing investigation, and they consider taking an offer from a different police division. Meanwhile, Claudette is spent after a trying attempt to wear down Kleavon Gardner.

Also, check your dvr's, mine has the episode running until 11:09 exact, so pad pad pad

There's a 15-minute 'promosode' on FX's website. I believe it's supposed to bridge seasons 5 and 6 and will not be aired tonight, so people might want to check it out before tuning in.

I'm guessing so, but I haven't popped the DVD in yet, so I can't say for sure. The one on the website shows

Spoiler:
Lem's funeral and flashbacks of him winning an arm wrestling tournament.

Any direct links to the Promosode?

I went to the site and clicked the link but it took me to some behind the scenes thing. I clicked out once I saw 2 guys fighting. Any help?

Well, seeing as we haven't seen tonight's ep, it's kind of hard to say .

However, the promosode supposedly takes place in between the two seasons, so I imagine that spoilerage will be minimal. It's well worth watching, btw.

Actually, it's about 3 months late since FX pushed the start of the Shield for the complete shit that was Dirt.

I just finished season 5 today...there were some episodes that I simply did not believe my eyes. They were that good. I was almost at the edge of my seat through the entire season.

Might as well get the dumb questions over with...

1. Is this the final season (been hearing rumors for awhile)

2. How many episodes is this season?

1. No. The season after this one will be, though.

2. 10.

Holy shit what a great episode. I hope Vic gets Kavanaugh and the nasty C.I. who keeps screwing him.

I love how Vic has made Kavanaugh turn from a perfectly straight edge cop to a liar and a cheat!
