parcel opend and repacked..
I shopped online and received my parcel today but it looks like once opened and then repacked by the postal services. everything within that was complete and DVD wasn't unsealed.
Is there someone also had experienced like this?

If the package was sent from outside of the United States, then it was probably customs who opened it up.
(I've ordered a few things from international sellers -- Canada, UK, Hong Kong -- and I don't think I've ever had a package that was opened and resealed.)

Domestic shipped and opened by the Post Office.
There should be a letter stating that it was
opened by them. Over the years had a few.
I have always had a letter stating it was
opened by the PO.
It also could have been opened by a neighbor
or wrong address, and they just gave it back
to their postperson after resealing it back up.
And not marking the box wrong address
or whatever.
My guess is the 2nd. Just be happy
you got it a-ok.

That's happened to me in the past few years. One was a package of asthma inhalers that was re-sealed with a USPS seal. The other was books that were just badly packed. The envelope burst open in shipping and it was delivered in a post office plastic bag with USPS apology explaining that stuff gets damaged in transport. I had some books from Japan get held up in customs and eventually recieved them in a month.
I must be on some watch list because I buy from overseas quite a bit. Go me for buying anime toys and stuff. :P

O.o Just think what would happen if I bought mecha models or anything with missiles. Aah! And I just got a DMC figure with little guns in the mail today. That's it, I'm toast.
