Wanted: Titles Of Short Story Mystery Books

I like to listen to audiobooks while I clean house. But I like short stories about an hour or two long because I don't have time for a lengthy book. Can anyone recommend a book/author that writes short stories? I especially enjoy mysteries. thanks!

You might try Thriller: Stories to Keep You up All Night, which has stories from a couple dozen top thriller authors, including Lee Child, James Grippando, David Morrell, Gayle Lynds, Michael Palmer, John Lescroart and many more.

You could also try Murder For Revenge edited by Otto Penzler. It's available as an audio book and contains short stories by Lawrence Block, Mary Higgins Clark, David Morrell, Joyce Carol Oates, Peter Straub and more.

Transgressions seems like an ideal choice (though I have not read it).

Transgressions contains novellas, so they might be longer than what he's looking for. Some of them are pretty good, though.
