So American Idol gets 7 more minutes.

Does this mean we get a even shorter House? Or does it extend to 10:07? or less commericals?

Did they have to cut footage to shorten the show? Or was the episode already made short?

Funny, they were talking about that this morning on the radio (KIISFM with Ryan Secrest) and they actually called Fox and said they just cut into the 10 o'clock news.

Totally didn't realize House was new again starting this week. 8 straight weeks! Yay!

Ohhhhh, don't remind me. I hope I die before I get old so I don't ever need a catheter. Just when I didn't think they could break the formula, they come up with some funny ways to push the envelope and also sprinkle in some tidbits from House and Cuddy's first and only date. Good stuff.

When House was preparing to cathether himself, I was going "Ow, ow, ow, ow." and think why didn't he wait a little while after taking the Vicodin to insert the tube. Then again, maybe he's so dependent on it that it kicks in right away.

I felt like House with the deja vu. Early in the day I make a lame Riley Finn joke, and none other than Marc Blucas himself stumbles out of near complete obscurity that evening. I vow not to think about him again for another 5 years.

^^^Yeah I was surprised by this because usually anytime any Buffyverse character appears on anything, its mentioned on whedonesque, and I had looked at it earlier in the day. I actually saw Marc Blucas on a TV spot for Wake Forest University a few weeks ago too (he was a regular starter alongside Tim Duncan and Randolph Childress back in the early 90s).

As a recent taker of it for pain, I can tell you from personal experience that it does kick in that fast. I was surprised myself at the time.

Great episode. Loved the Cameron seducing Chase, Foreman not believing the truth and Cuddy calling out House at the end.
