Question guys....

I want to mount this on my kitchen wall. I just found out my condo has steel beams in the walls instead of wood. Anyone know what I would need to successfully mount the tv?

Also I am thinking of this mount from Monoprice. Any experiences with it? I prefer the arms, but the specs do not quite match up and I do not want to take any chances.

so every time you have hung a picture, mirror, clock, you have used an anchor?

steel beams v. metal studs are different. ask them what they used every 16 inches. if they used metal studs, there is a slight change in the install of the mount. my mount came with instructions on how to do it. i foget what it was though but it was right in the manual.

a steel beam is something you use when running supports in a house. a metal stud is a thin piece of sheet metal that is shaped in the form of a stud.

maybe i am stating the obvious but i want to make sure you understand.

Thanks for the advice. I'm looking at this mount right now:

Any other good recommendations? It is a 32" and 46lb. Mount needed is VESA MIS-F, 400, 200, 4
That is 400mmx200mm with M4 x4 screws.
